Subject: [PATCH] Open a package request from the "Add to channel" button

The button linked to an anchor on the Contributing page that no longer
exists. It now opens the Package request form on RoboStack/robostack,
prefilled with the package and the distro page it came from, so
robostack-bot opens the pull request.

Deprecated and end-of-life distros don't get the button anymore, because
nothing builds them. The label now hides once the table is narrower than
its full width, instead of at a fixed 1400px viewport.
