Subject: [PATCH] feat: opt-in RStudio keyboard shortcuts
 (r.keybindings.rstudio)

With r.keybindings.rstudio on (off by default): Alt+- inserts <- and Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+M the pipe chosen in
r.keybindings.pipe (native |> or magrittr %>%) in R, R Markdown and Quarto files; Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+L/T/D/E/B load
all, test, document, check and install the package in R and R Markdown files. Keybindings with config.* when
clauses, as in LaTeX Workshop, so a setting (e.g. in a dev container) turns them on for everyone.
