timeline management suggestions

It would be nice to offer more timeline management options. For instance:

• allow the user to re-order timelines, such as placing a list next to Home
• the user should be able to hide timelines they don't plan to use, even some default ones such as Likes or Sent
• the timeline order should be preserved
• additional timelines, such as searches or lists, should be preserved across app restarts (I see code for this, but it isn't yet working for me)

I realize this isn't a critical issue. I might have a crack at it as time allows, if it's not a priority for more regular contributors.

I just realized that reloading saved timelines (such as lists) does work as intended. I killed Quinter abnormally, so my extra timelines weren't saved. Exiting the usual way causes no such problem. Consider that item on my list removed.
