I cannot access any of my paid packages

I have bought and paid for the Hacker, Hobbysit and Complete Bundle as well as the 2022 Full Course. But I cannot access or download any code or documentation. Every time I click on a link it takes me to the advertising site and asks me to pay for an account so I can access the software I have already paid for.
