fix: backfill es/hu locale keys added by Part 1 features

Part 1 introduces the saved-chats sidebar and an expanded onboarding
tour, both of which added English keys (askChat.savedChats et al,
onboarding.*) without es/hu equivalents. The i18n parity tests failed
in isolation. Added the keys to es.json and hu.json with English
fallback values (matching what's already on the long branch).

Translations to real Spanish/Hungarian are a follow-up.
