docs(p022): record the campaigns and bring the status surfaces level (#260 acc.6)
Fourteen mutation campaigns, all re-run on a clean tree at one commit, and the
surfaces that describe what they and the compare gate measured.
THE CAMPAIGNS. Two are new — the artifact format and the byte attestation
(B-2, B-3), and the scope, the boundary policy, the derived surface and the
driver (D-4..D-7, R-1, R-2). Twelve are re-runs, and the re-running is the
point rather than the ceremony: a recorded result stays valid for the commit it
names and says nothing about this tree, and this tree collapsed a duplicated
line reader, widened a reduction scope, added a judgement field and grew a
driver. Every one now names the same commit, no mutation survived, and every
expected catcher fired.
The policy mutations are the ones acc-2 exists for and they behave as D-5
requires: OD-1 attached to a `changed` observation and OD-1 attached to a
`projection` observation both stay RED, on both sides. A class is not a token
that excuses whatever it is pinned to.
WHAT THE CAMPAIGNS FOUND, and it is six things review did not. Two enforcement
points of one rule with a control that could not tell them apart — the round-1
`-0` shape, arriving again in the base64 decoder. A measurement that measured
its own harness rather than the reader it claimed to measure. A regeneration
that erased the other engine's column, because the render happened inside the
`open` that truncates the file it reads back. A control group that depended on
build state nobody declared. A mutation recorded as CAUGHT by a rule it never
expressed, because `re.sub` expanded an escape and a spawned child died of a
SyntaxError. And an identity check CPython can hide, beside a domain bound the
corpus cannot reach. Each is written out in the note's §5; each was fixed in
the code rather than described, and the two that needed a control got one.
THE SURFACES. The owner-decision ledger gains D-4..D-7, B-2, B-3, R-1 and R-2
verbatim as ratified, in the same file as the infrastructure slice's, because a
decision an agent may not reopen has to be readable in one place. It also
records the one place a decision's own text met a measurement that did not match
it: D-6 expects `not-comparable` exactly on the OD-1 documents, and the corpus
has two shapes of it.
`spec/Bridge.md` §6 goes from five points to seven. The two that changed are the
ones this work inverted: the reducer's scope is now every layer, and "same
input" now means the byte sequence rather than canonical document identity —
the weaker reading it used to carry is on the record as B-1 rather than quietly
overwritten. The two that are new are D-5's acceptance field and D-6's derived
surface.
P-022 row 7a, the proposals index and the preferred queue say the same thing in
their own registers: the acceptance decisions are landed over the committed
corpus, and what #260's final acceptance now waits on is a measurement rather
than a decision — the five-repository sweep and the large-solution controls its
test matrix also names. Neither is taken here.
THE CHURN, against the budget written before anything moved: 43 files under
`tests/fixtures/`, every one of them under `tests/fixtures/repro/`, and none
anywhere else — the verdict, lowered, summaries and rendered families did not
move. All 98 digest records in the digest ledger are byte-identical to the
branch base; its single changed line is the `repro_version` stamp both sides
assert equals the emitter's version.
No count is typed on any of these surfaces. Every one is a link into
`docs/generated/`, rendered from the committed evidence and held in sync by the
gate.
