P-037 A2.2-D: name D_after_evidence in the epoch record

named_later.D_after_evidence = docs/evidence/p037-a2d-manifest.md, naming
the just-landed evidence commit (47a19b7) the way R_D_manifest names R_D:
a path to the manifest, not a commit SHA -- the manifest is the
self-describing proof, mirroring R_D's own shape (10.6.14b).

Named only after 47a19b7 was re-checked clean: door_diff_gate
WITHIN_ALLOWLIST (allowed=34, violations=0) against T_D, and
tests/test_p037_a2d_epoch.py green including D-after-evidence-pins-
match-exactly confirming all six committed blobs still hash to their
pinned values.

This closes A2.2-D's order (10.6.14): freeze, tooling, T_D, R_D,
D treatment, D after -- all six steps now landed and named. Phase B is a
new epoch and is not started by this commit.
