Customise menus and legends

Hi,

Could you tell me please what's the process to customise menus and legends?

I changed some lines in the Spanish django.po and when I am writing

python manage.py makemessages -a or python manage.py compile messages

I get

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "manage.py", line 6, in <module>
    from django.core.management import execute_from_command_line
ImportError: No module named django.core.management
