Subject: [PATCH] ci: finish moving the production deploys to the fast path

#8101 missed the production docs deploy: it stayed on a GitHub runner
with no Next build cache, and the preview docs job lost its cache step
on the belief that production had none. Docs now runs on Blacksmith
and writes the cache that the preview reads, like the other four apps.

The five production jobs also install the Vercel CLI with bun, as the
previews do.
