Subject: [PATCH] Restore TinyUSB to the revision set by #1455

#1455 moved lib/tinyusb to 9865cba1 on the OpenStickCommunity fork. The
#1514 squash merge moved the pointer back to f7779351, leaving .gitmodules
unchanged. Both revisions exist in the fork, so main still builds and
nothing flagged it.

This puts the pointer back. The two revisions differ by one commit,
OpenStickCommunity/tinyusb#1 (src/class/hid/hid_host.c).
