Subject: [PATCH] macOS libraries: MSL C sources of v4.1.0 by default

MSL 4.1's sources keep every function of 3.2.3 and 4.0.0 and add the
tables' init3 and ModelicaIO_readRealTable2, which MSL 4.1 calls. The
libs-v0.1.0 macOS zips were rebuilt from v4.1.0 (run 38284802764).
