Missing support for MCP prompts (`prompts/list`, `prompts/get`)

The Dive MCP host currently does not support MCP prompts at all.

When connecting to MCP servers that expose the prompts capability, prompt-related methods are not called or integrated into the host behavior.

As a result, prompt-only functionality in MCP servers is unusable inside Dive.

Hi @vjik, thanks for flagging this — you're right that MCP prompts aren't currently integrated in the Dive MCP host. We've been focused on tools first, but prompts/list and prompts/get support is a reasonable gap to close.

We'll discuss internally and take a look at adding it. No firm ETA yet, but appreciate the clear report.
