Shift+RightClick on secondary monitor opens menu on primary monitor

Describe the bug

I have 3 monitors. If i Shift+RightClick on the start menu of my third monitor to open the original Windows 11 Right-Click menu, it opens the menu all the way on my primary monitor instead.

On the other hand, Shift+LeftClick opens the original Windows 11 start menu on the correct monitor.

Expected behavior

It opens the right-click menu on the monitor I was right-clicking on
