A docs/misc folder for team notes and miscellaneous docs that aren't an ADR, a CONTEXT term, a spec, or a research output — runbooks, how-tos, team heads-ups. It becomes the journal skill's export destination for keep-worthy notes that have no stronger owner.
Why
Journal export (#677) can already route to ADRs, CONTEXT terms, tickets, specs, and research files, but a plain team note has no home today, so it either forces a new section or fits awkwardly. One rule to keep it from becoming a dumping ground: a note lands in docs/misc only when no stronger home fits — the same last-resort spirit as proposing a brand-new docs section.
