autoscaling Y axis not working with CumulativeMetricDataModel

For widgets using CumulativeMetricDataModel and MultipleCumulativeMetricDataModel, the Y axis does not scale automatically with the value of the counter.
And based on what I tested, it seems the issue is only for those metrics using these 2 Data models.
