[Bug] Neo store is unable to detect apps that are put in "freezer" folder of the device

Describe the bug

My device has a feature which kind of hibernate apps which are not used frequently. This feature is indeed available in devices of different manufacturers under various brandings.

Another client fot fdroid Droidify is able to detect those hibernated apps and update them as well. But neo store cannot, unless you take the specific app out of the "freezer" folder then restart neo store.

Expected Behavior

Neo store should be able to detect apps inside this folder too in order get notified about updates.
