Describe the bug

Crash report (server): crash-2026-07-31_15.38.43-server.txt

It can also be reproduced in singleplayer by pressing ESC during the Replant crop falling animation.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
Use NeoForge 26.1.2.77, Backpacked 3.0.4, Framework 0.13.23
Enter a singleplayer world, equip a hoe, right-click farmland to activate the Replant feature
Break a crop and observe the crop falling animation
Press ESC immediately while the animation is still playing (before it finishes)
The game crashes with IllegalStateException: Not a string at SavedDataStorage.encodeUnchecked
The crash occurs at the moment ESC is pressed, not when clicking "Save and Quit"

Expected behavior

Pressing ESC should open the pause menu normally. The game should not crash.
