YAML then parsed the following indented lines as a plain multi-line scalar, and the "Official Maintainer: MobilityData." line (colon followed by a space) was read as a new mapping key, which made the front matter unreadable ("mapping values are not allowed here") and failed the specifications data check. Restore the `|-` block and keep the new sentence as its first line, as data/README.md requires for multi-line text.
