Leaving and rejoining does not re-grant the Linked role

If you leave, and then rejoin M.O.S.S., you do not receive the Linked role again.

This has a couple of issues with it:

1. You can't run link again, as it says you're already linked.
2. You cannot unlink your account to re-link it again.

Proposing easy fix: Ban all users who leave so we can't have this problem happen again! 🤣
