Confirm GUI support "translateTextWithinImage": true AND implement if not

i was trying to translate DOCX with embedded images, and the result came back with images untouched.
Please confirm the GUI tool supports "translateTextWithinImage": true

It does not. Would not be difficult to add.

This is a fairly unique feature among other SaaS translation tools and would increase the value of the GUI tool's usefulness. I appreciate your fast response. If implemented, it would be nice to expose it as a configurable option. No pressure.
