[Feature]: Add discover scopes ping for slow-moving mapping to overlay repeater coverage

Description:
Stupid idea: when the user is moving slowly and mapping like on a walk, we should do a discover scopes ping instead of just a regular ping occasionally. We could build a map overlay of scopes that are supported by different repeaters.
