I dont know if this the right place write but still...
I am very new to this. I am trying to do some microrheological work in liquid crystal with micron sized particles. I am getting good diffusive behaviour in msd vs t. But when calculating G' there is some problem. I get G' only for some values of omega. Sometimes all G' are zero. Please help. I do not know where I am making a mistake.
fps used generally 20 - 30
mpp - 0.13 and 0.09
