PhysX issue

Would be cool if when run, the program also checked if legacy physx is installed.
So to be sure game won't ever break.
(also why not, check if on W8.1+ there is the other fix too)

p.s. are you sure bDisablePhysXHardwareSupport does anything at all? PhysX 2.7.2 is explicitly mentioned to be cpu-only.
