The razer-cli project has a command/query design, with the argument parser setting up a sort-of scaffold for dependency-injection style execution. This lends itself naturally to no-op function calls, in which for example there's no device that matches the criteria and therefore for device in devices iterates zero times.

It's tempting to add a for/else or result flag toggled within the for-loop when it does something useful, but ... the solution must be at the level of the command/query scaffold.

Proposed: track which devices (visitor pattern) in the list are visited and report failure when none are.
