feat(anime): import anime metadata into Notion

Anime entries must be entered by hand and lack a consistent source for titles, artwork, genres, ratings, and episode data.

Proposed change

Choose one maintained anime API and add an importer that searches for a title, previews the match, and writes normalized metadata to Notion.

Acceptance criteria

• Search returns title, artwork, synopsis, genres, status, and episode count when available.
• The user confirms a match before import.
• API data maps to documented Notion properties.
• Existing entries are updated or skipped instead of duplicated.
