A more picker-friendly command than "Mtm"

Thank you for your work on this plugin. It could be valuable to name the Mtm command something like MTableMode that is more self-explanatory when viewed in a command picker like Telescope. It is common to have many plugins installed and it is easy for the Mtm to get lost in the list that a picker provides. I was searching through commands with the word "table" in them and couldn't find this very useful command.

For now, it looks the maintainer hasn't been active on gh for a month, so maybe just modify your local version at ~/.local/share/nvim/lazy/markdown-table-mode.nvim
