Add possibility of asking for custom ports (if available)

This could be the introduction of a small custom web portal in which the users can authenticate and reserve ports.. although I'm not sure how it would work for people that selfhost

Another solution could be that instead of creating a brand new ephemeral port every time the tunnel was created, attempt to use the previous one that was created for that same IP (if it hasn't passed that much time since its creation)

That way users can stay anon while being able to get a somewhat stable address
