Subject: [PATCH] Render code blocks with `DocumenterCodeBlocks`

The plugin highlights Julia code at build time, adds linkable line numbers,
and links identifiers in code blocks to their docstrings with hover tooltips.
The configuration matches the one in KernelAbstractions.jl.
