[BUG] Device cannot decode video

Prerequisites

Issue Description (required)

The problem is that i cant compress a file because it has 0 fps even tho it has60 frames in the gallery. I also checked that i have 30 fos in the compressor

Hi @Antikowym, thanks for opening an issue. This is not an issue with Compressor, this is an issue with your device. While your device can display content at 120hz, it cannot decode 2400x1800 at 120fps.
