Rainbow Six Siege installed through Steam no longer starts once compressed (it's stuck on the splash screen before the main window shows up). Uncompressing the game's installation folder fixes the issue.
For reference, here are the settings I was using:
A friend of mine did the same (but with XPRESS8K instead of 16K) and ran into the same issue on Windows 11.
