CompactGUI won't show up

i'm just clicking the .exe and for some reason CompactGUI doesn't open, i even installed the .NET 9

EDIT: forgot to mention i use Classic7 which is Windows 10 ltsc 2021 but with a windows 7 reskin

same issue .The first time it opened fine but not anymore, it just flashes for a split second and says that it is running when I relaunch it.

Here is a temporary fix until the dev fixes it:
Delete this folder (it will remove your settings in compactgui) %LocalAppData%\IridiumIO
