Move the following help in wiki page into the main DocBook:

https://github.com/ISA-tools/BioInvIndex/wiki

Create new section for:

how to create new views, like the compound-centric view
how to customize links to other databases, to point to data files or entries
how lucene index works and and how to extend (add additional) queries's functionalities.
