The hebi-ros-daisy repo uses relatively recent version of the C++ mobile I/O input wrapper; this allows us to call functions like setSnap when configuring the mobile I/O device. We should port the changes from that repo into here, and wrap the MobileIO wrapper class instead of a group in the mobile IO input class for Daisy.
