Git Issues with tags will update the static site from markdown

• Automate blog posts based on markdown issues
• first h1 becomes page title
• permalink is issue title, after normalized, if not already existing
  • Instead of redirect /posts/5 to title, could inline paste the html in both for valid static outputs
  • also permalink to /posts/yyyy-mm-dd
