Allow systematics to be computed as difference of two functions with same capability

Implement the difference of predictions between results of two observable calculators as a source of systematic errors.

Decided at GAMBIT X to start by making it possible to do manually; this requires the ability to have duplicate dependencies, i.e. two or more dependencies on the same quantity.
