`%quote` and `%nil` are not Differenciated in `rpm/macros.mdx`

Both say they expand to nothing but give no differentiation between their use cases, $nil especially.

As someone in your target audience reading this, it's not explained well enough. %quote has good documentation but %nil simply isn't differentiated from it. It leaves me questioning why %nil exists; what is it actually for?
