Migrate from IBASE to FBIRD params

Maybe it's time to move to FBIRD params. Interbase isn't relevant anymore.
We can keep old IBASE params for compatibility. But at first glance we should use FBIRD.
What do you think?

I'm experimenting with some stuff right now and I want to fix some issues and this just will mess up with my work when merging if needed. We can do renaming later, OK?
