Culling in huge scales

Frustum culling breaks at skewed angles in huge scales (bet you can´t guess who managed to trigger this behavior in a real world scenario, very hard to guess trust me)

Does this refer to the same issue as #22 ? If so it has nothing to do with huge scales. It happens on a small area at the default OoT scale for scenes.
