Arcane Library has no dimension to spawn in

I can see in The Traveler's Quest that the Arcane Library should exist, but when I look it up in the Explorer's Compass it has no listed dimensions for it to spawn in.

I'm seeing 2 versions show up in the compass menu, the top one in the screenshot doesn't have any dimensions listed but the one below it does and appears to take me to the right structure

You need to search for the ftb one not the one from ars additions
