eSim window closes during Kicad to ngSpice conversion

while completing the design part of my circuit, after the generation of the netlist, when i click the kicad to ngspice conversion, the eSim window closes.

eSim version : 2.2 and 2.3
Windows OS : 11

can you please assign this issue to me?
