[iOS] Add support for primaryAccountIdentifier in IOSCardData to enable device filtering

Description

Two related issues when provisioning cards to multiple devices (iPhone + Apple Watch):

Issue 1: Device picker shows all devices after first provisioning

After adding a card to iPhone, clicking "Add to Wallet" again shows both iPhone and Watch in the picker, instead of just Watch.

Issue 2: No way to know which device was selected

The issuerEncryptPayloadCallback is called with nonce, nonceSignature, and certificates, but doesn't indicate which device (iPhone or Watch) the user selected. This is needed to pass the correct device_type to the issuer's backend.

Root Cause

Issue 1

primaryAccountIdentifier is not exposed in IOSCardData or set on PKAddPaymentPassRequestConfiguration.

Issue 2

The callback signature doesn't include device information:

Hi, this is a great call, Apple Watch support would be a missive value-add 🚀
I'm currently tied up with a few other priorities but as soon as I wrap those up, I'll get started on the integration.

@zfurtak thank you so much.. i see in the docs, that you can getCardStatus on ios by checking last four digits on card.. this works yh? cause for some reason it doesnt work for me, i can add card to apple wallet but when i query card by this.. it doesnt work

@iamdreo yes, getCardStatus works, however you need to make sure that your cards are properly linked with your app. Both Apple and Google security measures only allow you to list and check the status of cards that are connected to your app. Please contact your card issuer and make sure that your app bundle identifier matches the one configured on their end. Then try to test it on a signed build with a provisioning profile that includes the Apple Pay In-App Provisioning entitlement (com.apple.developer.payment-pass-provisioning).
