"Tracking" options not conserved on relaunch / change of pack

I'm using the Linux 3.0.3.1 build

I usually play with the options Tracking -> Show All Locations and Tracking -> Always Allow Chest Manipulation.

Whenever I launch EmoTracker or I change the current pack it reverses these options to disabled (but it does conserve them upon reloading the same pack)
