每个模块根目录：sapi/manifest.json，schemaVersion 必须是 2。
IDE：文件内 $schema 指向 @sfmc-bds/sdk/schemas/sapi-manifest.v2.schema.json；工作区 .vscode/settings.json 也绑定了同一 schema，避免被 Bedrock 扩展当成 BP/RP manifest.json。若扩展仍报警，可忽略或对该路径关闭其诊断——JSON 语言服务以本 schema 为准。

}db-server 扫所有已装包的 manifest，检查：重复 id、循环依赖、service 引用、权限声明。失败会在日志里标出模块 id。
