Toggle for Key Mapper

Could you make shortcut, or intent (buttons which appear when holding app icon) with toggle(s) to turn on and off recording, so we could use that with volume buttons while screen off using Key Mapper for example? Something like Easy Voice Recorder has (screenshots).
