Optional native LZ4 backend and oracle for CrossByte.
This haxelib wraps the official LZ4 C implementation for cpp targets and is
intended to mirror CrossByte's raw LZ4 block behavior. Install it alongside
CrossByte and enable it with -D crossbyte_lz4_native.
