wierd glitch that the ores spawn again if you break it, they lag and more wierd glitches

i have an glitch so i made custom ores using note blocks but when i randomy generate it in the world there is a wierd glitch that the ores spawn again if you break it, they lag and more wierd glitches
it only happend with the custom ores, the default mc ores work perfect
