db_soaker example does not work on PHP 5.4.0+

Pass by reference no longer supports "&" within the function call, only in the function definition.

Need to remove in db_soaker/bin/gen_data.php on line 572.

thank you. Yes I have only been testing with php 5.3. It will take some time to test potential fixes in 5.4

I'm pretty sure all you have to do is remove the "&" in "findForeignKeyRelationships($fk_table,$config,&$fk_tables);" on line 572. Removing it has it working on PHP 5.5, and I don't think it breaks the code in PHP 5.3.
