Additional event after Spin on UpDown control

UpDown has a Spin event that fires for a request for it to be changed. But I also need a Change event that fires after the change has been completed. Could we add an additional trailing event?

The "Spinner" object has a Change event which is generated when it loses the focus and its value has changed. Would that be enough on the updown or do you want notification "immediately"?

A Change event will work fine, but I didn't think it was there because it's not in the documentation. I'll add that to my list to try out.

To be clear - the UpDown doesn't have this event yet - I was asking if it would be sufficient for the UpDown to have an event like the one on the Spinner.
