Multiple sites

Hi,

I'm not actually sure it's a feature request, so I'd rather ask for guidance before.

I'm in the process of configuring the vite plugin and I don't see resources on how to configure it for multiple sites (datadoghq.com + datadoghq.eu). If I register the plugin twice (or more), is it going to work properly, or are the 2 plugin instances going to interfere with one another?
