This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) and all AI Coding Agents working in this repository.

📌 SINGLE SOURCE OF TRUTH: Read and strictly follow AGENTS.md and Docs/Resources/ROADMAP.md before taking any action.

Product Owner sessions: a session whose title contains "Product Owner", or one made PO of Rate Core or Rate Services by JOY, invokes the product-owner skill (.claude/skills/product-owner/SKILL.md) before any other action and again after a context reset or resume (AGENTS.md section 6).
